do i need a special type of leash for my pup for walks?

we usually will walk your pups on our own leads, a special slip leash that has the capability to turn into a head halter if we need it, for extra safety so that we don't have any accidents of broken collars or pups slipping out of harnesses! if you have your own heavy duty collar and lead that will work too! we just want to be extra secure so nothing happens!

how much are transport services?

transport services to and from day care will cost $10

we ask that pups are taken out to potty before pickup to relieve any accidents as transports could be up to an hour with traffic and other possible pickups!

how do pack walks work?

the evening before your scheduled day, a pack leader will reach out to you about a pick-up time! this time will usually range about a half hour. we ask that your pup is fed and taken out to potty before we get there to relieve any accidents that might happen as your pup could be in the car up to an hour before the walk begins due to traffic!
the pack leader can either wait out front for you to bring your pup out, or we can head in and grab them so you're undisturbed! keep an eye out on your phone within that pre-discussed time frame so you get the arrival notification!
walks can last between 1 1/2 hours to 4 hours depending on time of day, length of walk, and location of walk.

do you have social media?

we do! we post on stories everyday of all the events happening! any dogs at day care, boarding, pack walks, or in-homes will be posted throughout the day! when you sign up with us, make sure to give us your instagram handle so we can tag you in all of your fur-babies' photos!

how do i request services?

we use a system called Time To Pet for all of our scheduling services. all you have to do is sign up (we will have you do this when you first reach out to us!) and once you're in the system, you can request anything and everything within the system! walks, day care, even baths!

i want to sign my pup up for day care. what is the process?

we will have your pup come on a slower day to introduce them to our main pack! we are always nice and small so we can really take time to safely intro your pup to everyone and see how they do! we ask that parents stay in the car as your energy can shift how your pup reacts to everyone! once they seem to be in a good place, you are more than welcome to come in and tour the inside of the day care and see how your pup is doing outside with everyone!
if they are a good fit and no issues arise, we will let you know that your pup is free to join us whenever day care is happening! if your pup is struggling too much, we will look at other options with you. pack walks might be a better fit until they gain more confidence!
